After having completed a 7-day intensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction this past June with Jon Kabat- Zinn and Saki Santorelli, I have been reading and re-reading their books, Full Catastrophe Living and Heal Thy Self. If you are not familiar with the concept of mindfulness and its growing popularity in the therapy world, you can check out these sites to begin with:

Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues provide real challenges in our lives. I employ Play Therapy in my work with children and Mindfulness-Based and/or Cognitive Therapy with adults. Our work together may be short or long-term. I have offices in Exton and Lancaster, and additionally offer phone consultation. I currently accept insurance at my Lancaster location, only.
